Xtremity Juggling – Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Custom, pre-ordered or personalized orders take longer, and estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time We ship to addresses internationally. Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen by the customer and the destination:

  • Standard shipping: 2-3 business days
  • International shipping: 5-7 business days

3. Tracking: Standard shipping within Ireland, the EU and to the USA is fulfilled via An Post and does not include tracking. If you require tracking, please select the Express shipping option at checkout — a tracking number will be sent by email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active

4. Delays and Lost Packages Xtremity Juggling is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or extreme weather. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@xtremityjuggling.eu and we will assist with claims.

5. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Xtremity Juggling has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
