Refund policy

  1. Xtremity Juggling – Returns and Refunds

    1. Standard Items 

    You can return most stock items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

    2. Pre-Order Items

    Pre-order sales are final. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the following terms:

    Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase only. After this window, the order cannot be cancelled as sourcing may have begun.

    Refunds will be issued solely in the event that we are unable to fulfil your order within the estimated dispatch window, or the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

    Estimated dispatch dates are provided at the time of ordering and are subject to change. You will be notified of any significant delays.

    If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.

    EU Consumer Rights
     Notwithstanding the above, customers in the European Union retain statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Where applicable, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a distance sale within 14 days of receiving their order, unless the goods are custom-made or personalised. For pre-order items that are standard (non-personalised) products, EU statutory withdrawal rights apply upon delivery.     3. Custom and Personalized Items 

    Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please double-check your order before confirming.

    4. Damaged or Incorrect Items 

    Contact us immediately at sales@xtremityjuggling.eu with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

    5. Refunds and Exchanges 

    Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Exchanges are available only for standard stock items, subject to availability.

    6. How to Return 

    Email sales@xtremityjuggling.eu with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and the return shipping address. Keep proof of postage for your records; items are your responsibility until received.

    7. International Orders & Customs Charges

    For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or handling charges required by their country.

    These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by the destination country's customs authority.
